Food Ways...
short courses with Pueblo Seed Company
Our food ways here at Ancient Echoes reference the story of the land and her ancestors. We are committed to local, sustainable, organic food and thoughtfulness in our selections because good food is becoming an endangered species. We support our local farmers and seed savers and look forward to bringing events around food that are fun, educational and relevant.
We are happy to be hosting a series of experiential short courses with our dear friends at Pueblo Seed Food Company Pueblo Seed has their mill and bakehouse in Cortez and their farm is just around the bend right here in the McElmo Canyon. Please contact Pueblo Seed directly.

The courses are targeted to individuals with interest in local agriculture, food systems, culinary work, nutrition and health. This may include health professionals, agriculture, culinary, and food systems workers, professional and home chefs and bakers, food enthusiasts who like active vacations in beautiful places with a fun and inspiring participant group and experienced faculty.
