This ancient tool of contemplation engages intentional walking, cultivating state of mind responses (centeredness, clarity, openness, peace, and reflection) known as the 'labyrinth effect." In turn, we become receptive to flashes of intuition, nudges from our "inner voice," as a form of insight meditation.

We are continuing to develop our labyrinth, located in relationship with Sleeping Ute Mountain, in front of The Lodge. This year we are cultivating a lavender border with lavender from a local farm.
