Once here, you may not want to leave!
Our guests have the option to eat breakfast with us or supply their own food. We have a fully stocked community kitchen for guest use with food storage and fridge. Grills on site.
(We provide a menu list from restaurants, and grocery locations in Cortez, 10 miles away).

Biome* Breakfast
We are in cahoots with our great friends and neighbors at Pueblo Seed Company and offer our guests a variety of heritage grain cereals straight out of canyon dirt. All of their grains are cultivated organically right here in The McElmo Canyon then ground in small batches at their artisanal production warehouse in Cortez.
We rotate blue corn pancakes, Mountain Muesli, Blue Corn Rye hot cereal, White Corn Grits, house made granola too! We have curated a selection of interesting and thoughtful add ons for either a sweet or savory bowl of energizing and satisfying morning meal. Blue Corn Hot Cereal
Blend of blue corn and cracked rye with a touch of organic thyme and Utah salt. Pair with local apples and local honey, or bacon bits, a hard boiled egg and cohita cheese.
Complimentary and other offerings
We are pleased to serve Mesa Verde Blend from Telluride Coffee Roasters in the mornings as the birds get going, and a selection of tea,

Refreshment: During the days you may find cold cucumber water, iced green tea, hibiscus-rose iced tea or cold brew coffee. Grab a bag of heirloom popped corn dusted with chili lime, and hang out on the patio.

Orchard fruit bowl: look for apples, peaches, pears and apricots in our offering bowl in The Lodge all from our trees or immediate neighbors. You will find some heirloom varieties not before tasted!

Sweet: Let's not get too too: find some varietal candy jars with sweets for a little fun like Black Scottie dog licorice in honor of Alli's dog loving mom. Who doesn't like an occasional Hot Tamale!
