Breakfast  ($18)

A complete, locally sourced morning meal

A thoughtful breakfast designed to start the day, built around simple, whole ingredients—house-made granola, fresh fruit, local eggs, quality bacon and rotating warm dishes—prepared with care and sourced close to the land.

Guests love our granola

Our house-made granola is one element on the table.

Baked up fresh, our granola is chock full of nuts and seeds ( pecans, pepitas, dried coconut, fruit sweetened cherries or zante currents, sprouted oats and more) great flavors, with a pinch of Maldon salt.

Honey sweetened ( from our own hives!)

Served with house made nut milks, milk from happy cows, orchard fruit and seasonal inspirations.

Fresh juice. Abundant locally crafted coffee from Telluride, and select curated teas.

we may also offer heritage grains from our friends at Pueblo Seed in Cortez with various add ons:

House milled creamy white corn grits,  a flint corn with both soft and hard endosperm and originally from Mexico.  Rosemary rye porridge made with Wallis rye which is also called "Ur-Roggen" (ancient rye) in Switzerland, a powerful food so rich in nutrients and has some of the highest dietary fiber. We also serve their true Swiss muesli and more...!
