Cancellation:

Kelly Place is a popular destination and we are happy to provide great vacations for all of our guests. For this reason, we must strictly adhere to our cancellation policies. If you must cancel, please do so at least ten days prior to arrival to get a refund. There is a $15 processing fee to cancel a reservation ten or more days before arrival. Your reservation is our mutual agreement to hold your lodging for you and make it unavailable to others.

If you cancel less than 10 days before arrival date, you are financially responsible for one night or 50% of your entire reserved stay, whichever is larger. On the date of your reserved arrival, you are fully responsible for your entire booked stay even if you arrive late, depart early or do not show up. If you must cancel please do so via telephone or written notice. Email is not sufficient. You must obtain a confirmation of cancellation by telephone or email from Kelly Place management to be valid.

We believe that your vacation investment should be covered by travel insurance. The following links take you to a site which will inform you about travel insurance and has provider company reviews and links to purchase on line.

We do not sell travel insurance or receive a "kick back" from any company. We wish our guests to be covered for any unforeseen emergency requiring canceling their reservation here and losing the deposit.

If you decline travel insurance coverage you are accepting financial responsibility for your reservation if you cancel your reservation within the 10-day period or must leave early during your stay.
